Hideaway Vacation Rentals

By booking or staying at any Hideaway Vacation Rentals property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Hideaway Vacation Rentals properties, including but not limited to Hilltop Hideaway and Happyplace Hideaway.

1. Booking Platform & House Rules

All reservations are governed by the house rules, policies, and listing details published on the booking platform used to complete your reservation (including Airbnb or direct booking through our website).

Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with all house rules, occupancy limits, noise policies, and property guidelines listed on the applicable property page prior to booking.

2. Occupancy & Use

Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval is given.
Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the approved guest count are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing.

3. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund terms are determined by the booking platform or direct booking agreement used at the time of reservation.
Guests agree to the cancellation and refund terms shown at booking.

4. Property Condition & Damages

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in reasonable condition.
Any damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations may result in additional charges in accordance with the booking platform’s policies or direct booking agreement.

5. Safety & Liability

Guests assume all responsibility for their stay and use of the property and amenities. Hideaway Vacation Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or acts beyond our control.

Guests agree to supervise children at all times and use amenities (including outdoor features, fire pits, hot tubs, pools, or recreational areas) at their own risk.

6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

Hideaway Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund for violations of house rules, misrepresentation, or unsafe or disruptive behavior.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
