Will there be propane to use for the grill?

Yes! We have a propane tank hooked up to the outdoor grill. Please let us know if you finish off the propane so we can refill it for the next guests!

Do you provide charcoal for the charcoal grill?

If you plan to use the charcoal grill, you'll need to pick up charcoal from in town! Sometimes guests leave leftover charcoal at the property that you can use, but we can't guarantee it.

Is there firewood for the firepit?

We provide one bundle of firewood!

Do we have access to a washer/dryer during our stay?

Yes! Please feel free to use the washer and dryer in the Main Cabin master bedroom during your stay to wash personal items or towels to reuse.

Does the fridge have an ice maker?

We have a countertop ice maker that makes ice but doesn't store it, and you're free to use that and store the ice in the ice container in the freezer.

Do you provide coffee or K-Cups?

We provide a starter set of K-Cups and creamers! The property has both a coffee maker and Keurig.

Do you have a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and kid-friendly utensils and kitchenware?

Yes! We have 2 Pack 'n Plays and 2 high chairs at the property. If you have a preference on baby sheets, we recommend packing some from home. There are also kid plates that are microwave-safe!

Are there any driving services in the area if we want to drive to a group dinner or outing?

Previous guests have had good luck using https://getgranbury.com/ for group rides. They can get pricey, but we're told they're worth it!

Can I bring my dog?​

Please reach out if you have a dog you would like to bring. We accept on a case-by-case basis. Our property is typically pet-free because of our kids' severe allergies. We appreciate your understanding! Any violations will be asked to leave the property without a refund.
